Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand plans change — especially for international travel. The notice period from your trip start date determines the applicable cancellation charge.
More than 60 days before arrival
Full refund minus the 25% deposit and any non-refundable third-party costs.
60 to 30 days before arrival
50% of the total trip cost is retained.
29 to 15 days before arrival
75% of the total trip cost is retained.
Fewer than 15 days before arrival
100% of the total trip cost is retained.
How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 10–15 business days. International wire fees, where applicable, are deducted from the refunded amount.
Force Majeure
For events outside our control — natural disaster, political disruption, pandemic travel restrictions — we will first attempt to reschedule your journey with no penalty, and issue a travel credit valid for 24 months if that is not possible.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical evacuation and personal belongings.
